Open Letter to CEO,
My biggest weakness is computers. For many years, I dreaded making phone calls to people in Akron,
Cleveland or Chicago asking for help with computer issues. It was like they didn’t care and didn’t want to help anyone. Frankly,
it made my job that much harder.
That all changed when the Help Desk came along. Due to my lack of computer skills, I have had to make dozens of phone
calls to help bail me out. Every call that I have made, regardless of how silly the question was or what time of day it was,
the person on the other end of the phone made it an unbelievable experience! There are actually people out there who care and
want to help. They have fixed every problem that I have encountered and have bent over backwards to help me. Because of their
professionalism, my job is easier and I now have decent computer skills.
I know that in a company the size of ours, people go unnoticed and never get the recognition they deserve.
Therefore, this letter is to recognize the FANTASTIC STAFF that this organization has put together at the Help Desk.
Not only are they good employees, they’re great people. It is truly a Helpdesk that cares and has the same attitude every time they answer
the telephone. Whomever put this team together, I want to say congratulations and thank you on a job well done!!!
