4. What if I have an emergency issue in the middle of the night?

Your Service Desk will be readily available during your standard operating hours and a Level 2 Support expert will be assigned to your account and available 24/7.

5. Do I have to sign a long-term agreement?

No. We will customize each service package to your specific needs and time frames. We’ve worked on assignments as short as a week and as long as 10 years! We will provide whatever is appropriate for you.

6. What kind of response times can I expect?

We work with each client to establish specific expectations. Our measurable service levels specify clear consequences for not living up to agreed-upon expectations.
